Open to all bona fide Institutes of Higher Education (IPT) students only. Student ID Card must be produced on demand. Any players found to have violated the Rules and Regulations will be automatically disqualified and an official complaint will be lodged to the university concerned. FIDE Laws of Chess for Rapid Chess applies.
